Build Nonprofits that Last
Clarity. Capacity. Sustainability. Without losing the heart of the mission

How I Help Organizations Build What Lasts
For more than 20 years, I've worked alongside leaders navigating the complex realities of education, nonprofit leadership, revenue generation, and organizational change. I've seen firsthand how extraordinary missions can be undermined by fragile funding, overstretched teams, and systems that were never designed to support sustainable growth.
That experience shaped The McCastle Method and my belief that mission alone is not an operating model. Organizations need more than passion and perseverance. They need clear strategies, reliable revenue practices, effective systems, and the organizational capacity to sustain their impact.
My approach combines research-informed frameworks with practical leadership experience, helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their foundations without losing the values, compassion, and purpose that make their work meaningful.
Through Mission to Momentum and the broader McCastle Method framework, I'm building a collection of practical resources to help leaders move beyond survival, strengthen their organizations, and create lasting impact.
Because building what lasts should never require sacrificing what matters most.
